Current Research Interest
I am interested in elucidating the molecular genetic basis of
variation for common complex diseases using positional cloning, gene
expression profiling via DNA chip technology and statistical and
computational genomics tools. I
search for quantitative trait loci (QTL) and eventually the allele variants
that explain most of the variation for mammary inflammation induced by E. coli using mouse models of
disease.
