Annapoorani Chockalingam, PhD Student, Animal Science and Genomics

Annapoorani's research will be on the genetic and molecular basis of variation for clinical mastitis in commercial dairy cattle. She will use comparative candidate gene approach and linkage disequilibrium methods to assess the effect of candidate genes for clinical mastitis.
